Item Condition:

Items are sold as-is and may exhibit shelf and age-related wear on the box. Please refer to the provided photos of the current stock. Additional photos are available upon request.  We always endeavour to provide as much photographic evidence to ensure that you make an informed decision before purchasing.

Postage Policy:

The seller’s responsibility ends once the item has been handed over to the courier company. Local postage or courier insurance is available through a third party at an additional cost to the buyer. If the buyer does not request insurance, the seller will not be responsible for lost or damaged goods.

Orders on Request:

Ordering items on request is done at the buyer’s own risk. The seller will not take responsibility if an item gets damaged during transit. For international shipments, the seller provides cover in case of loss. If an item is lost during international transit, the buyer can choose between a full refund or a replacement order of equal value.

Deposit Payment Terms:

  • 20% deposit for orders under R2,000.00
  • 50% deposit for orders between R2,000.00 – R5,000.00
  • Full amount payable for orders above R5,000.00

Payment Arrangements:

Payment arrangements are welcome and will be a maximum of 60 days. A 20% deposit is payable within 24 hours, with an additional 30% payable within 30 days. The remaining balance is due 60 days from the invoice date; however, items will only be shipped upon receipt of full payment.

Non-Refundable Deposit:

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure an item for payment arrangements.

Cooling Off Period:

A cooling-off period of 5 days is provided. If this period expires and a client wishes to cancel an order, the 20% deposit paid will be forfeited. Note that the cooling-off period does not apply to orders made on request.

Cancellation Policy:

If an invoice remains unpaid for more than 24 hours past its due date, the order will be cancelled, and the client will forfeit the 20% deposit.

Return of Refund Policy:

We do not accept returns or offer refunds, as items are SOLD AS IS.

Exchange Policy:

We do not offer any exchanges, and all orders are final.
